The provider's site separates installation paths for iOS, Android and rooted or jailbreak-specific setups. Use the instructions for the path you actually have and check current requirements there. Avoid third-party pages that impersonate the provider or promise free paid features.
A useful iPogo question includes
- Platform, device model and operating-system version.
- App version and installation method.
- Game version, if the issue relates to an update.
- The feature involved and exact error.
- What changed and what you have already tried.
Do not share a VIP key, signing account, game password or order receipt in public. Activation or billing problems belong with the provider's private support, reached through its own website.
For update discussions, link the provider announcement and identify its date. Keep general device/root problems in the device board. Community experience can help troubleshoot, but it does not establish that a tool is compatible with every device or prevents game-account enforcement.
