You can quote an error without showing your email, trainer name or device identifier. Describe screenshots in text if an image is not available. Do not share a signing account with another member.
Before removing an app, check whether it contains settings or data you need to preserve. If a provider announces a service problem or update, link the announcement and its date instead of repeating an undated rumour.
